At GVBooks, we strive to provide you with the best possible products and customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for physical books and digital products purchased directly from GVBooks within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
2. Shipping Returns

To initiate a refund, please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
For physical returns, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

If approved, we will refund the amount to the customer within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Certain items, such as clearance items, gift cards, and downloadable products (if opened), are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the same process as for refunds, and indicate that you would like an exchange.
